I have been with the SCC since October of 2005. I bring to the to the SCC many years of customer service, over 25 years as a field electrician and 10 years of I.T. experience. I have a CIS degree and currently finishing a degree in marketing and electronic engineering. I came to the SCC from the Reynolds and Reynolds company where I specialized in HP servers and IBM Blade servers, for customers and field service personnel technical support.
