QuestionWhat types of sensors does the SCC support?

The SCC supports all Hyde Park and Telemecanique photoelectric, inductive, ultrasonic and capacitive sensors.

QuestionIf I have questions about sensors not made by Telemecanique or
         Hyde Park, can I call the SCC for help?

Yes, our product support team will be able to cross reference other brands of sensors to Hyde Park or Telemecanique sensors.

QuestionWho can use the SCC?

Anyone can use the SCC from OEMs, End users, Installers, Distributors or anyone using sensors needing assistance.

QuestionHow do I contact the SCC?

For non-technical general questions such as price and delivery, you can call the Level I Support Center or CIC. The number is 1-888-Square D (778-2733). For technical help, please call the SCC directly at 1-800-435-2121. You may also send an email with your inquiry to hydepark@us.schneider-electric.com.

QuestionWhen is the SCC open?

The SCC is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

QuestionCan the SCC help with warranty issues?

Yes. SCC team members will gladly assist with warranty issues.

QuestionShould users and OEMs still contact their local sales representative
          for application and service support?

Users and OEMs may continue to contact their local sales representative for support. They also may contact the SCC for assistance.

QuestionHow can I get field service for my sensor?

Call the SCC at 1-800-435-2121. SCC team members will gladly help you to locate a service professional in your area.

QuestionMay I order sensors through the SCC?

The sales order process has not changed. You still order sensors through the same sales channel as before.

QuestionMay I get quotes from the SCC?

Yes, or you can get quotes and delivery by calling the Level I Support Center, or CIC, at 1-888-Square D (778-2733).

QuestionCan the SCC to check on the status of my sensor order?

Yes, SCC team members can check delivery status of current sensor orders.

QuestionWhere are the sensors stocked?

For SENA distributors, items will be stocked in Mechanicsburg, PA. Hyde Park distributor items will be stocked at the SCC in Dayton, Ohio.
